I specialize in working with youth and adults, including BIPOC and LGBTQIA+ communities, who are navigating complex emotions and challenges with grief, anxiety, depression, identity, and chronic illness and pain. As a Registered Art Therapist and Licensed Professional Counselor, I offer a unique, holistic approach that blends Art Therapy and counseling for healing and growth through creative expression.
